We offer ready-made exhibition packages and tailor-made solutions to meet your needs. Whether you prefer standard options or customized solutions, we’ve got you covered.

To provide you with a quote, we’ll need the following information.
01.
The date and location of the exhibition
The exact location of the exhibition, including venue details and dates. This information is necessary for arranging deliveries and logistics.
02.
Dimensions of the stand
We need the floor space dimensions and maximum height of the booth before providing a quote; this information can be obtained from the event organizers.
03.
The flooring
Carpeting with cushioning underlay directly on the exhibition center floor or elevated flooring with various material options.
04.
Wall profiles
It would be great to receive the exhibition floor plan with the confirmed location. This allows for a strategic approach to finding the best possible solution.
05.
Modular cabinets
Consider whether a sales counter to support computers or a display case to present products is essential. Various solutions are available, including options with lockable doors, drawers, and shelves.
06.
Graphics
All printable graphics must be in PDF format, with CMYK color coding, and include a +100mm bleed on all sides for printing margin. Prints must be ready at least two weeks before the start of the exhibition. Graphic design services are also available upon request.

02. Modular cabinet rental
A temporary sales or information counter can be quickly set up and can be customized in various ways. It’s undoubtedly an eye-catching and inviting solution.
The height of the modular cabinets is 1000mm, with the width adjustable by up to 500mm. In addition to open shelves, drawers and lockable cabinet doors can also be installed.

Materials
The modular cabinets are made of white melamine board, with openings on the sides for cable routing.
02.
The countertop surface
We install the countertop surface according to the dimensions of the modular cabinet, and color options are available.
03.
The front and sides of the counter
In addition to the graphic fabric, it’s possible to add a lightbox to the front of the counter, as seen in the image from PÖFF above.
04.
Graphic design
If desired, we offer graphic design solutions or welcome print files according to:
PDF format, CMYK color code, +100mm bleed/print margin on each side.
05.
Back wall
If necessary and feasible, we can also build a back wall, the dimensions of which we can agree upon according to your needs.
06.
The edge of the counter
Sometimes, there’s a need for a raised edge on the counter, where computers and other necessary items can be hidden. In such cases, the front edge of the counter is raised by 200mm.
